- We are a specialized alternative to traditional BLS ambulance transportation, focused specifically on mental health patients.
- Our EMTs have Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certification.
- We utilize a new, trauma-informed approach to Baker Act transportation.
- Our average response time is 90 minutes, with a maximum response time of 2.5 hours in HCA South and West Florida.
- Vehicles are specially equipped and include a front and rear partition with modifications for additional legroom legroom; Axon body cameras worn at the waist; interior video and audio recording; live GPS tracking; front-facing video recording; a comfortable cloth bench seat; and an integrated sound system that allows for patient music preferences.

- Each transport is staffed by two transport officers with backgrounds in mental health and a minimum EMT certification.
- Our program is politically supported by the State of Florida for a new adolescent mentor initiative designed to transport “AT-RISK” foster youth statewide. Sponsors include Florida Senator Corey Simon and Representative Rachel Plakon.
- Our service, Therapeutic Secure Transport, provides safe, compassionate, and dignified care for individuals who require structured support during transport.
- We were founded in 2016 and have become the number one Baker at Transport provider in South Florida with zero patient elopement in 2025.
